I stumbled upon this video on Youtube, courtesy of rangolier ( a Korean chaster/blogger), and I just loved his idea of translating the song to Korean for the sake of Korean chasters.
I am really ecstatic that I can now sing Always You (to myself) in Korean 
. As a K-pop and K-drama junkie plus a chaddict, this idea is a bomb!
